Credit card orders will be typically processed and shipped within a few days. Excluding holidays and weekends. Merchandise that is out of stock will be back-ordered and customers notified within 2 working days. Orders will be shipped via USPS or Fed Ex ground service. Next day, 2-day and 3-day express is available upon request for an additional fee based upon weight.
The following shipping charges apply for the continental U.S. only and for standard USPS service. Call for rates to Alaska, Hawaii and all other locations.

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from Ms cooling if for any reason, you find a product unsatisfactory, and you may return the product in its unused, original condition, including all components and packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable. Items found to be defective may be returned to us and will be replaced at no cost to you. If product is received damaged in shipping, keep all packing materials and report the damage immediately to the carrier. Also contact our customer service at 985-746-1252 to report the damage to us.
