I received my cooling vest today and must tell you how very pleased I am with your product.  The ice packs stayed cold for at least 4 hours and it was great to have a whole extra set of spare packs.  As an MS patient, I seem to be very sensitive to heat and have much more gait disturbance when I am overheated.  Your product kept me comfortable at work all morning.
